When it comes to service providers, FanDuel and MotorCity Casino continue to be the most formidable competitors.  Having a monthly hold of 16.59% meant that posting gross receipts of $23.7 million off of a handle of $142.9 million was satisfactory.

In the end, DraftKings and the Bay Mills Indian Community came in second place with $12.9 million, which is a 12.1% increase from their previous total of $106.6 million.  BetMGM and MGM Grand Detroit came in third place with a hold of 8.96%, bringing in $4.9 million following $54.7 million in revenue.
