In order to assist with operator integration issues, Jamie Hart has joined a technology consultancy. 

 A gaming division has been established by Conquer Technology in order to assume operator risks in the realm of small-scale technological innovation.

 Jamie Hart, a veteran of the United Kingdom's gambling sector and a former product director for UK Tote, is currently serving as the head of gaming at Conquer Technology, a technology consultancy in the United Kingdom. In this new capacity, he is attempting to streamline integration efforts for operators.

 Hart, who has also served as an executive director at Tabcorp and as the director of innovation at William Hill, stated that the move was motivated by a desire to assist operators in resolving their most significant technological and integration issues in a manner that is both agile and innovative. This is in contrast to the cumbersome procedures that are typically in place.   

 In his capacity as an operator, he stated that the majority of technical decisions are taken due to the necessity of addressing regulatory changes, which leaves "not much room to solve other technical problems." 

 In addition, Hart stated that "integration is typically the most significant challenge for betting companies," and that "this will be our number one target."  

 The company Conquer Technology presents itself as a full-service development studio that specialises in transforming the challenges faced by clients into solutions of the highest quality.  

 Hart stated that he had the opportunity to meet David Carter, the chief commercial officer of Conquer Technology, for the first time when the company took part in an innovation competition while he was working at William Hill between the years 2008 and 2016.  

 The innovation of small-scale technologies is the primary focus of Conquer Technology.  According to Hart, the company would assume the risks that are associated with small-scale innovation, which would make it simpler for operators to develop and adopt innovative or difficult technology.  

 Additionally, Hart stated that Conquer Technology would be looking to assist businesses in innovating in a variety of areas, such as legislation, Know Your Customer, and the introduction of new betting products and types of bets.  

 One of the challenges that operators have is obtaining the bandwidth necessary to develop and test new technologies.  "Compared to doing those in-house, it might be more efficient and cost-effective to do those with us," said Hart.  

 It would appear that there are a great deal more individuals involved in projects now than there were twenty years ago, at least according to the operators.  He expressed his hope that we would be able to offer a one-of-a-kind model for outsourcing.

 During his move, Hart stated that the Tote had been a project that he had been working on out of passion, but that he had goals of resolving other technical issues. 

 Through his conclusion, he stated, "There is a great deal more that I want to do and change in the gambling industry, and the Tote's product was difficult to innovate."
