Swedish Gaming Inspectorate and Sportradar Integrity Services have renewed their agreement

The Swedish Gaming Inspectorate, Spelinspektionen, and Sportadar Integrity Services have formalised a new cooperation. The collaboration will be used by the regulator as a means of ensuring the integrity of sports in the nation. Match-fixing prevention, detection, and investigation services are offered by Sportradar.

the Partnership Agreement's specifics

Sportradar will track sports from a betting perspective using its Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS). Any suspected match-fixing incidents will thereafter be reported to the Inspectorate. In February 2021, the UFDS was introduced as a supplement to Sportradar's SIS Fraud Detection system. Over 900 instances of dubious matches from all over the world were picked up by the system in 2021.

The Inspectorate will be able to get risk evaluations from Sportradar in addition to using UDFS. The reports will outline the level of danger connected to sports manipulation in general. Swedish Gaming Inspectorate Investigator Daniel Frisö-Grön offered the following analysis of the transaction:

"We gain more match-fixing expertise through the information we will receive from Sportradar, which we can apply to, among other things, our regulatory work. Additionally, it presents us with chances to broaden our cooperation with law enforcement and the sports community in our fight against match-fixing.

The agreement is the first one for 2022's integrity that is associated with a betting and gambling regulation. For the industry as a whole to maintain game integrity across many sports, these agreements are crucial. Sportradar has access to high-quality goods and information that aid in drawing attention to any suspicious conduct so that gambling regulators like the Inspectorate can take appropriate action.

Bowl Season Associate

Sportradar announced a new collaboration with Bowl Season earlier this month. The experts will become the official Bowl Season partner as a result of the strategic partnership, protecting the fairness of American football bowl games.

Bowl Season will receive advice from Sportradar as it decides how to enter the sports betting industry responsibly. As part of the agreement, Sportradar will offer advice on how its partner may participate in the value chain through business prospects.

Bowl Season, formerly the Football Bowl Association, will collaborate with Sportradar and turn to them as a valuable resource as it anticipates the upcoming football season. Sportradar will present its service alternatives and go over future plans with Bowl Season members during the upcoming spring conference, which is scheduled.
